Located only 200 meters from the beach this lovely holiday home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway for family and friends. Two wings comprise the villa with one wing housing an indoor heated pool with a heated deck and a fitness area, and the other yielding the sleeping areas. The two wings are connected by a bright and specious living room with floor to ceiling windows on each side, joined by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. A terrace is accessed from each side of the living room with seating areas, outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. Three ensuite bedrooms are on the upper floor, while the fourth ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor as well as a playroom with a sofa bed. The large living room is a lovely space for quality times together, with an oversize corner sofa, flat screen TV and even a piano for the musical ones in the group. Overlooking the tidy garden of green lawn and rose bushes this holiday destination makes us think of the joyfulliving.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. In necessary twomore guests would be welcomed in the playroom on the sofa bed.
Accessible by a ferry from both Zadar and Biograd mountainous and green island Ugljan is a popular getaway destination for the locals for its stunning beaches as well as cycling and hiking trails. Locals spend time fishing, cultivating olives and grapes so while here be sure to try locally produced olive oil, marinated olives and delicious local wine. Absence of hotels make the island a relaxing destination far from the crowds.
