The cottage has a stylishly-furnished living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with beautifully coloured tiles, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. In the outdoor area, you will find a garden with Mediterranean plants and a balcony on the 1st floor, which boasts a wonderful view of the small town and the surrounding area. Here you can enjoy tasty meals, end the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sky transform at sunset. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are right on your doorstep and the historic centre of the city is 500 m or 6 minutes walking from the house. The sandy beach of Spiaggia di Villasimius is an 18-minute walk (or 1.5 km) from the property and the sandy beach of Spiaggia di Campulongu is only 6 minutes away by car.
