Apartment

The modern residential building was built in 2018 and is located in the center of Lauterbach, at a distance of only 100 meters to the harbor.

The view of the Greifswalder Bodden and across to the island of Vilm is immediate. Lauterbach is a district of the city Putbus on the largest German Baltic island Rügen. The place is located southeast of Putbus on Greifswalder Bodden.

In Lauterbach there are various companies catering. Important for the local economy is the harbor, which is also used as a marina. Passenger ships depart from the port. An important tourist destination is the island of Vilm, not far from Lauterbach.

A high quality and tasteful decor creates coziness and offers our guests a nice home away from home. The entire non-smoking apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

The center of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with adjoining balcony. The one balcony extends from the bedroom across the entire front of the apartment to the kitchen and of course offers a seating area.
The apartment is on two floors (penthouse) and a massive wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a large roof terrace and have a beautiful view over the harbor and the bay. The high window fronts (sliding elements) in the studio allow for a lot of light incidence and can also be darkened.
