Nicely furnished apartment with shower / WC, a bedroom, entrance hall, cozy kitchen with sofa bed; The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, kettle and stove with 2 hotplates; Cable TV and balcony south-facing with stunning views of the mountains! Bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are available!

Our family business is located at about 1050m above sea level right on the ski slope of our Hochkönig`s Winterreich ski area. An ideal starting point for inexhaustible skiing experiences in our dreamlike environment, because the skis will fasten you directly from the ski cellar and off to the slopes! In summer we are in the middle of hiking and mountain biking area, direction Hundstein. We are a partner company of the HochkönigCard. Enjoy your own Finnish sauna combined with infra-red downlights in our newly renovated apartments, exclusively made of local wood (pear, cherry and green ash).  Personal contact with our guests is our greatest concern when you spend the most beautiful days of the year with us. The gifts of nature and happiness are not as rare as the art of enjoying them. And you should take this art home after your stay here with us at the Kösserhof! We are looking forward to your visit!
