Apartment

The Fewo Merdin was completely gutted and renovated from 2017 to early 2019. In the renovation only building physics and health harmless materials were used, eg. As mineral plasters and colors which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The floors in the sleeping and living area are designed with a high-quality oiled parquet floor, and contributes to a comfortable living. The apartment is located in an outbuilding which connects directly to the main house and can be reached through a separate entrance. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), a living room with additional pull-out sofa bed with flat screen TV and radio, a separate kitchen with plenty of dishes, Cooker with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is a pure Non smoking apartment and there is a total smoking ban in all rooms. We are happy to welcome your pet (dogs only) if this well-behaved and absolutely housebroken. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed in the bedrooms and living rooms.
