There is a living room with a complete, well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a furnished terrace. Smooth floors, leather couch and wipeable covers are suitable for allergy sufferers. The Non smoking apartment looks through their floor to ceiling windows bright and friendly. 

The pretty, cream-colored villa "Am Sonnenstrand" was rebuilt in 2006. There are apartments in 3 different categories for two, four or six people on the ground floor with terrace or in the 2nd First floor with roof terrace offered. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the house washing machine and dryer are available for use for a small fee. Each apartment has a parking space. Bike storage is available.
