Our cozy cottage, a former self-contained cottage (semi-detached house, 120 sqm) from the 30s, is located in the middle of a 650 sqm garden plot with terrace and fruit trees in a quiet residential area. It is located directly on the nature reserve Riddagshausen and is only 10 minutes by bike from the city center. The open-plan living-dining area on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden gives the house a bright, Scandinavian atmosphere.
The ground floor (60 sqm) consists of an open living room with also open access to the kitchen and terrace, a bedroom (double bed), guest toilet and utility room. An open staircase leads to the upper floor (55 sqm) with a large bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, sitting area), a small bedroom and the bathroom.
Directly on the doorstep begins the cycle path to the city center, the footpath to the recreational area Riddagshausen with an old Cistercian monastery and sprawling fishponds. The tram stop to the city center is a 2-minute walk away.
By car you can also reach the A2 in 10 minutes to Berlin / Hanover and the A39 to Wolfsburg.
