The Evangelical Augustinian Monastery in Erfurt is a unique testimony of medieval religious architecture; Construction began in 1277. It became famous for its most famous monk Martin LUTHER. Here he lived from the 17th July 1505 to fall 1511. Today, the monastery is a time-appropriate meeting and meeting place with 51 rooms and 8 meeting and event rooms. The monastery is located in the city center of Erfurt and offers its guests a peaceful atmosphere. Since September 2008, the rebuilt Waidhaus has been located on the Augustinerkloster ensemble.
