Enjoy your holiday in the apartment complex Lubminer beach directly on the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Lubmin, with uninterrupted views over the Baltic Sea / Greifswalder Bodden to the island of Rügen. All apartments have a south-facing balcony or terrace on the ground floor and a large glazed living-dining area facing the unobstructed seafront, are barrier-free and can be reached via a lift. The seaside resort of Lubmin is a worthwhile destination all year round. Since the 19th century, the village, once a fishing and farming village, is attracting attention due to its location in the dune-rich Lubminer Heide. A pine forest, the 5 km long beach with solid fine-grained sand for hiking and swimming. In every season you will find peace and relaxation in Lubmin. A variety of recreational opportunities can be found in Lubmin. The Boddenrederei offers excursions from the pier to Rügen and Boddenrundfahrten. Sporty people can go sailing, surfing and boating, for example.

The apartment (57m²) is located in the attic of the building and can be reached via the spacious staircase as well as by the elevator. The disabled-friendly equipment allows comfortable use for all holiday seekers. The light-filled living and dining area with Aufbettungsmöglichkeit, the accessible bathroom, a bedroom and a loggia to the south and one to the lake side offer plenty of space for 2 - 3 people. Parking in the underground car park. Cot, high chair and changing mat can be reserved for you free of charge. Arrival from 15.00 o'clock, departure until 10.00 o'clock. Watch out !!!
