The new, tastefully furnished apartment has everything that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Bed linen for 2 people and towels (2x large, 2x small, 2 tea towels and 1 shower mat) are included.
A parking space in the underground car park can be booked for a fee if available
€ 100 deposit is due in advance. These will be refunded after departure.
Over New Year's Eve, as well as in the special festival week Sail, the deposit is 150, - EUR.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
The city tax incurred in Bremerhaven is included in the rental price.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. WLAN and smart TV are a matter of course. The entire apartment is barrier-free and furnished according to the ECARF standard. A little greeting awaits you in the fridge.

Carefree all round, you don't have to worry about a thing. Everything is available from towels, bed linen to mineral water, coffee, tea etc.

Your vehicle is safely and conveniently accommodated in the underground garage for an additional charge of EUR 7.50 / night (if available, please inquire when booking).

Your bikes are safely stored in the locked bike storage room.

You can get the front door key from the concierge or the property management.
