Apartment with roof terrace - sea view and deck chairs - sandy beach Medulin nearby! 4-room apartment Erika is on two floors, connected by a gallery staircase. Modern, comfortable living design with exceptional equipment (roller blinds to completely darken the rooms, mosquito nets, beds made by a carpenter - squeak and wobble-proof, Visco toppers, normal and special Visco pillows to choose from, turbo-fast internet connection and much more). Four holiday apartments are rented in the house, the largest apartment (Erika 0004) offers a sea views. SMOKING is ONLY allowed on the balcony! Balcony and roof terrace each with sea views! Ferienhaus Stephan is located directly on the sea - on the sheltered bay of the Vizula peninsula, approx. 150 meters from the new construction area "Vizula-Sunset". Apartment Erika has sea views from the balcony AND sea views from the enchanting roof terrace to the Vizula bay! The wild beaches of Vizula are opposite, on the other side of the bay (approx. 400 m away). It is about 900 m to the sandy beach (about 10 minutes on foot).
Quiet location. There is only one residential road leading to this residential area. Nevertheless, most of the beaches, restaurants, the harbor with the shopping promenade, the Lunapark and the Family Park are within easy walking distance.

ONLY THE BEST FOR OUR GUESTS:
2 guest washing machines for free use in the basement. Roller blinds to completely darken the rooms. There are washable fly nets on all windows to protect against mosquitos. Fujitsu air conditioning systems - particularly powerful, pleasant and quiet. Central heating. Solar energy.

LIVING ROOM-1 / Kitchen-1:
Couches made of artificial leather, extendable with slatted frame, dishwasher 1, 4-burner ceramic hob, accessories / crockery / cutlery for 12 P in the apartment for 2-4 P (so that the dishwasher is full). Large closets with lots of accessories and storage space.

LIVING ROOM-2 / kitchen-2:
Large sofa bed, dining area with flat screen TV, kitchenette with dishwasher-2, refrigerator-2 with freezer-2, dishes and accessories. Living room-2 can be used as "bedroom-3" with its own bathroom.

BEDROOM-1:
Beds from the carpenter squeak and wobble-proof NOW! Double slatted frame, cold foam mattresses with a high degree of hardness + additional soft viscoelastic toppers with memory effect - a treat for your back and neck! Those who prefer to sleep harder can remove the topper. Large mirror cabinets with plenty of storage space and storage compartments, safe.

BEDROOM-2:
Double bed (squeak and wobble-proof), wardrobe, mirrored chest of drawers. NEW: Now 2 rattan armchairs by the window with a view of the sea.

BEDROOM-3:
Our living room-2 (with its own bathroom and kitchen) can be used as "bedroom-3 with sofa bed".

TWO AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS: Air conditioning in the living room on each floor.

TWO BATHROOMS: The upper bathroom has an attic and is only intended as a temporary bathroom. (Upright standing in the shower is possible up to a height of 1.75 cm). In any case, you also have a toilet upstairs and you don't have to go down the stairs at night ...

BALCONY with sea view (1st floor, half covered):
Table with 6 chairs (photo = 4 chairs - but there are 6 chairs that have space on the balcony).

ROOF TERRACE with sea view (2nd floor):
2 sun loungers with rocking function, poly rattan seating group: bench, table and two rattan armchairs (are in the bedroom and can also be used on the terrace).

ASTRA-TV - German channels:
2x satellite TV with flat screen (each in the living room on the 1st and 2nd floor). German television programs, ASTRA-TV with more than 1000 channels!

Extra fast WiFi connection with turbo router and turbo amplifiers.

ALLERGY EQUIPMENT:
Cold foam mattresses with (90 degrees) washable molton pads. Therefore free of mites! Beds and pillows made of anti-allergic / anti-asthmatic material, washable at 60 degrees. Couches made of synthetic leather, therefore low in dust. We just didn't want to do without carpets and curtains: "Extreme allergy sufferers" are allowed to stow the carpets and everything else that is annoying on the balcony.

HAUCK baby travel cot and high chair free of charge for our guests on request.

PARKING: 2 parking spaces only for this apartment - one behind the other in the driveway

HINTS:
Our sofa beds are well suited for children and people up to 80 kilos.
Areas are disinfected before the guest changes.
