The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. The spacious dining room provides space for all guests, while the living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning and two corner sofa beds offers additional comfort and sleeping options.



The apartment has two bedrooms: a 15 m² bedroom with a double bed and a 12 m² bedroom with two double beds and its own balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, toilet, bidet, washbasin, and hairdryer. A covered 8 m² balcony offers a partial sea view and invites relaxation.



In the outdoor area, you can use the community pool (in operation from May to October), sun loungers, outdoor shower, and barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee), and a communally usable washing machine is also available.



The location of the apartment is quiet and green, with proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities. The beach offers fine gravel, rocks and concreted plateaus, ideal for swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing.
