The holiday home, built in 2019, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Malinska. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September 4.5 m x 10 m 1.4 m deep).

Bedroom with TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs, 5 sun loungers). American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
