Nice apartment with 38 m² living space in the residential complex "Residenz am Park" in the 1st. Floor. For up to 2 persons (+ 1 toddler up to 5 years) and small dog. The apartment is centrally located in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen; only 200 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Boltenhagen in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

In the cozy combined living and sleeping area is the double bed (lying area 180 cm x 200 cm) with new pocket spring mattresses. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and a new flat screen TV for watching TV. You can surf the internet via the free Wi-Fi access.

From the living area you have direct access to the south-west-facing balcony. An umbrella protects from the sun and the windows have exterior shutters. The bathroom has a shower.

The renovation will be completed in the next few days, the photos show once the new facility. It has been painted and a modern allergy suitable vinyl flooring laid. The furniture and small kitchen appliances were completely renewed and the apartment maritime, modern decorated in bright colors.

The car will find space in the underground garage, which is located directly under the house. (The entrance to the underground car park is 2.00 m).

The cafes, restaurants and charming little shops in the traffic-free promenade are within walking distance. In eastern direction with view to the park is the Kurhaus. Past the Kurhaus and across the Ostseeallee, you will reach the central pier and the popular beach sections.

Hauck travel cot (up to 5 years), an extra cot mattress, sheets and high chair are bookable for an additional charge (10 € per stay and payment on the spot).
