This charming pool house is located in Central Dalmatia in the town of Split, just 500 m from the sea, and offers space for up to 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living kitchen, a balcony and a terrace with sea view. The equipment includes WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher as well as a sofa bed and an auxiliary bed. Bed linen and towels are provided, pets are not allowed.



The outdoor area includes a freshwater pool, sun loungers, parasols, a sun terrace, a garden, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue facility. A private parking space is available directly at the property.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining area offers space for 4 people, the living room invites relaxation. Both bedrooms are equipped with double or single beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and mirrors, complete room darkening is available.
