The house is wonderful centrally located in a few minutes walk to the sandy beach in Harlesiel. From here you have a fantastic view of the offshore islands of Spieckeroog and Wangerooge. Also, the investor for the ferries and passenger ships is in the neighborhood, wonderful trips to the islands or in the Wadden Sea National Park are possible. Harlesiel is connected via the river Harle with Carolinensiel, a paddle steamer runs here regular service. But you can also walk wonderfully along the Harle to Carolinensiel run. After a short walk, the picture-book town of Carolinensiel awaits us with its historic harbor, numerous restaurants and shops. For Kurzweil here is always taken care of. But the neighboring towns of Carolinensiel are worth seeing, z. B. Neuharlingersiel with its famous cutter harbor. Neuharlingersiel can be wonderfully reached by bike, right on the house it starts, this should not go unmentioned, that the cycle path network is exemplary developed. Cycling in East Frisian, that is: drifting along dikes and lighthouses, circling large and small seas, cycling on dreamy Fehnkanälen and discover untouched moorland. Cycling always hard on the water! Have you ever bumped? If you are traveling by car at the weekend, you should not be surprised to meet in the middle of the road and in the flowing traffic on Ostfriesen, who practice a sport together: The Boßeln. Here, two opposing teams throw a wooden or rubber ball across the street, with the aim of overcoming a certain distance with fewer throws than the opponent. This is not a leisure activity out of joke and Dollerei, but a serious sport with various leagues and sometimes also country struggles.

The house is located on the edge of the field with an unobstructed view of the dike. The large garden with its sun terrace invites you to rest and relax. Garden furniture and parasol are available. In the basement of the house you will find the well-equipped kitchen; Oven microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker etc. A spacious combined living and dining room with beautiful furniture, a guest toilet and a storage room. On the upper floor of the house are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds and the bathroom, washing machine available. The parking lot is located directly on the property. W-LAN is of course available.
