The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Šilo. The holiday flat is located on an 800 sq m enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
