La Galleria is with 56 sqm a nice and spacious apartment for two people with access via a stone external staircase. It consists of a large room below the roof structure, which is almost 6 m high. Halfway up there is an open gallery with double bed (orthopedic), wardrobe and other furniture. On the entrance level there is the large living room with sofa and dining table and fireplace, a kitchenette, the bathroom and the small entrance hall. The apartment has a small terrace overlooking a wonderful Tuscan panorama. The furniture is authentic Tuscan. The kitchen furniture made of solid walnut wood has worktops made of genuine granite. The furnishings include a stove with 4 ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hair dryer. There is air conditioning, permanent central hot water supply as well as satellite TV and a stereo with CD player. Washing machine and iron are centrally located.

Podere Cortilla was lovingly restored in several years of work, the rustic medieval building fabric combined with today's possible comfort. New is a powerful solar system for its own power supply. The complex includes five apartments of different sizes with a total of about 20 beds. All apartments are spacious and comfortably furnished in Tuscan style. They are located in separate parts of the building with their own entrances, so that you live undisturbed.
