The vacation apartment has a separate entrance from the ground floor down to the basement. The large covered terrace is located in east and south direction with stunning panoramic views of the mountain range (Ammergebirge and Hochplatte 2000 m) and the Lechsee.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and newly furnished (parquet in wild oak, new shower room and new kitchen).
The large separate kitchen in country style is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, water and egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and equipped with Jupiter grain mill / flocker, fresh food attachments.
The living room with fireplace has a double sofa bed (180 x 200) SAT TV, radio, MP3 player. It is comfortably furnished with carpet walkers, tapestry, oil paintings, shelves and chests of drawers, coffee table and 2 armchairs. Living room and terrace invite you to relax.
The large daylight shower room with toilet offers the opportunity to Kneipp (shower tray 100 x 150 with Kneipp hose). Hair dryer is available.
The bedroom is in solid alder furnished with double bed 180 x 200, 2 bedside tables, reading lamp, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, coat rack, carpet runner. Exit also to the terrace.
In the welcome hall is a wrought-iron wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers.
In the storage room with window is u. a. an ironing board with iron. Here also the luggage can be kept.
All linen, towels, table and kitchen linen are provided.
Living room and bedroom are separated from each other with access to the terrace.
In the garage, bicycles can be placed on request.

The 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig can be reached in about 10 minutes walk also the center of the village with mini golf and town hall / tourist office.
