The modern newly built villa "Marlen" with its own promenade access is located in the best beach location between the imperial baths Bansin and Heringsdorf. Parking is available on the property and you can easily store your bicycles in the sheltered bicycle cellar of the house. An elevator will take you comfortably from the ground floor to the desired floor. In the basement there is a sauna, which is available free of charge from 16 September to 14 June. Furthermore you can use a washing machine and a dryer in the basement for a fee. Towel packages, travel cots, and high chairs can be rented for a fee. The tourist tax payable in the imperial baths is payable in cash on arrival.

Apartment 3:
The high quality furnished 3-room apartment (65m²) is located on the mezzanine floor of the house Villa Marlen. The spacious living room with open, fully equipped kitchenette, large dining table and comfortable couch leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the large balcony with a staircase to the property. Two bedrooms each with a large double bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe offer enough space for up to 4 people. One of the two bedrooms has a flat screen TV (in the closet) and the second bedroom has a private balcony. Among other things, this apartment has a shower room and another bathroom with bathtub. The car parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 01:00 to 10:00.
