The spacious holiday home, a semi-detached house, is located in the beautiful villa park Sta. Maria de Llorell, only 4 km from Tossa de Mar.
The beach is about 1.000 m and to the supermarket about
400 m.
The house is spread over 3 floors:
On the ground floor are the living room, dining room with integrated kitchen and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms - 2 of which lead to a balcony from which one has a fantastic sea view and 2 complete bathrooms. Furthermore, there is another bedroom in the basement.
The large terrace with beautiful sea views invites you to linger, sunbathing and sitting together at the pool.
The large swimming pool (8x4 m) is shared with the neighboring house 'Casa Montse 2' used.
Access to the villa park: €15 per vehicle per stay this payment must be made in cash.
Arrival time: 3-8 PM.
