The bright and comfortably furnished 2-room apartment (55 sqm, Non smoking apartment) has a large living area (with sofa bed), a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom with shower-bathtub and toilet is a washing machine. The indicated price is for 2 persons, per additional person 10 EUR / night. Families with children are welcome. Children up to 6 years are free.

The light-filled bright living room, furnished with a large sofa (extendable to the sofa bed, 1.20 × 2 meters) and dining table, has a large flat-screen TV and radio.
There are various books and games available. As a writing place a pull-out secretary is available.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,80 x 2 meters) and wardrobe, as well as TV. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided.
In the kitchen you will find every comfort: stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and dishes. Start here in the morning relaxed in your day!
The spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine is also available. In addition to the underfloor heating here is also a towel radiator available.

As excursion destinations are the Bavarian capital Munich (about 40 km), the Fugger city Augsburg (about 50 km), the district town of Landsberg with historic old town (15 km), the market Diessen with the famous Marienmünster (about 10 km), Andechs with the world famous monastery and the monastery brewery (about 15 km), as well as various smaller romantic places easily accessible.
