This charming studio apartment on the island of Rab in the popular holiday resort of Lopar offers space for up to 3 guests on 30 m² and is ideal for couples or small families. The accommodation is located in the basement and features a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. A private access to the garden and a covered terrace with table, chairs and outdoor grill complete the offer. Pets are not allowed, a baby cot is available upon request.



The holiday home itself offers 3 apartments for 4-9 people and space for a total of 22 guests. The facility has a sunbathing lawn, parasols, sun loungers, a garden terrace, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen. Children can play on the playground with slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The location is convincing due to its proximity to the sandy beach, only about 100 m away. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within walking distance. In the surrounding area, water sports, boat trips, bicycle and kayak tours, mini golf or beach activities can be undertaken.
