This is a small 2 bedroom townhouse in a quiet corner of Praia da Luz. It is close to the beach (2 minutes walk). Was just renovated in January 2017.
In the 1. Floor is the small well equipped kitchen (a microwave) and the living / dining room that leads to a terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful garden view and also some views of the rocks by the beach.
On the ground floor there are 1 bathroom (tub) and the 2 bedrooms, both with two separate beds. One bedroom leads into the small garden, the other on a small terrace. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated.
In February 2017, a new kitchen (+ dishwasher) and new toilet was renovated.
There is satellite TV, a storage room with washing machine, also a parking space in front of the house. Wireless Internet access.

This holiday home is also suitable for "wintering" in the months of November - March.
Nature lovers, who like to take long walks along the cliffs, will be amazed by the lush "green" nature shows.
For the comfort in the apartment provides the fireplace, and if necessary, additional oil radiators in the bedrooms.
In this season (winter season), the additional costs will be charged according to consumption "on site".
