Enjoy the chirping of birds overlooking the old town of Labin, surrounded by green slopes that run down to the sea and the overflow pool located in front of the beautiful covered terrace that connects the interior of the house with the outdoor area. The house owner owns two boats for day trips and a submarine to admire the underwater world, and offers guests a free boat trip by appointment.
