This chic new apartment with parking space in front of the house will delight you. From the spacious hallway area with cloakroom and guest toilet - here we provide a washer-dryer - you get in the first level in the chic living room with vorgelagerterm dining area. Here you can enjoy the view of the furnished balcony with sun protection on the left and the modern gas fireplace on the right. The bright, friendly kitchen with top equipment is open to the dining area. A wooden staircase leads you up to the duplex level. Here you can relax on another seat. Our two bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes. A large window bath offers ample space for relaxation.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
