The house consists of two residential units on the ground floor and the first floor, which are connected by external stairs. By car you can quickly reach the beaches in ilo, iii, as well as the beach with healing mud in Klimno. You can also visit the village of Vrbnik, with many wine cellars, as this region is known for quality wines and especially for the Vrbnika lahtina wine variety.
