The apartment extends over the 1. Floor with living area and kitchen as well as high terrace and the attic with the two bedrooms and the shower room.
You reach the upper floor via a narrow, slightly steep staircase (17 steps) and enter the apartment through the kitchen. Here you will find a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy dining area. From here you can also access the high terrace: Breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the green backyards of the district and afternoon shady playground for your children. And in the evening, greet the mighty, illuminated nave of St. Nikolai, if you enjoy a mum here - a typical Wismar beer.
From the kitchen you enter the L-shaped living room. The former alcove room with the cozy reading corner leads directly into the living room with the comfortable sofa and the comfortable rocking chair in the TV area.
The two bedrooms are under the roof. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses), the other with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a half-high child duck bed (70 x 160 cm), the favorite place of all would-be pirates. If you need more sleep: the sofa in the living area can be folded for a person (80 x 200 cm) or with only two handles for 2 people to a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm, spring mattress).
The shower / toilet in the attic makes the upper apartment complete.
