Our cozy, newly renovated maisonette apartment in Braunlage is not only ideal for athletes and hikers, it also invites you to linger, relax and unwind.

A brand new, fully equipped Nobilia kitchen is available, incl. Dishwasher, oven etc.

The new king-size box spring bed on the upper floor offers maximum sleeping comfort - just as it should be on vacation. A private parking lot directly in front of the house and an elevator complete the offer.

For entertainment, we provide complete access to NETFLIX and Amazon Prime on our new smart TV.

The comfortable sofa bed and the small reading corner offer space to relax. The sofa in the living / dining room can be pulled out (lying area 200 x 150 cm), so that 2 people can sleep there in addition to the bedroom.

In the kitchen there is a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle available.

The bathroom is modern, has a rain shower, a vanity with large drawers for storage and a hair dryer.

Our small balcony invites you to linger and sunbathe.
Ski friends: You can store your skis in the common cellar.

Our apartment is in a nice, quiet side street, close to the forest and the Hasselkopf slope.

It is only around 500 m to the large supermarkets, and the restaurants and entertainment venues are only 500 - 1000 m away, making it very easy to reach on foot. It is 2 km to the Wurmberg cable car.

Ideal for hikers: the section of forest begins just a few meters behind the house.

Bedding sets can be booked for EUR 18 per person per stay.
