This newly renovated and very close to the beach house is quietly located on the edge of the quiet seaside resort of Mousterlin. In just 200m you reach the long, fine sandy beach, which stretches for kilometers to Bénodet and ends in a scenic beach tongue, which can be reached via a bike and jogging path. The sea basin behind the beach is flat and therefore warmer than the open sea. At low tide, when it runs free, it is full of small crabs and shells. To the other side of the Pointe de Mousterlin, the beach stretches to Beg Meil.
The small town of Mousterlin is tranquil, but offers smaller shops and some restaurants. There is a wide range of leisure activities in the neighboring Bénodet: sailing and surfing school, beach club for children, excursion boat, casino and much more.
