Apartment

On the peninsula Wittow in Wiek is our 2017/18 renovated and lovingly furnished apartment (non-smoking / no pets). On the directly adjacent cycle path and a public parking you will find our enclosed freestanding house in a quiet residential area. Only the road and the adjoining AOK "Mutter Kind" spa facilities separate us from the Wieker Bodden with swimming area and an excellent surfing and fishing area. The harbor, 500 meters away, with its historic chalk bridge, surrounding holiday apartments, restaurants, souvenir shops, fishermen in the third generation and a boatyard is the starting point for guided fishing trips, boat rental, boat connection to the island Hiddensee and the promenade of our village. Let yourself be captivated by the sunset over the "Wieker Bodden" at the harbor.

Our apartment is located in the 1. Floor and in the attic

A separate staircase takes you to the foyer of the apartment from here it goes into a large spacious kitchen, with a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob plus oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and a kitchen radio with CD function. A wooden staircase leads to the converted attic.

Here is the bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. The bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with insect blinds. The rustic-style living area in the attic offers comfortable seating for a chat. A play and cuddly corner under the hood is immediately discovered by smaller children. The stairwell is secured with a parapet and a bulkhead, so that even crawlers can play undisturbed. Satellite / TV, DVD player and a radio are also included as well as board games, children's toys and some children's books. Three large skylights (with external heat protection blinds) give your holiday home a bright friendly character. The bathroom with shower and toilet is the third room under the roof and was newly installed in 2011 (renovated in 2018). Except the bathroom is the entire apartment with cork or Laminate parquet designed, all rooms are heated, so that even in the off season for pleasant warmth is ensured.

In the outdoor area you can have breakfast on one of the two wooden terraces in comfortable garden furniture, barbecue or spend your time with existing outdoor games.
