The Yannis beach houses consist of 3 separate holiday homes, object no. 2803866 (FeWo-direkt), object no. 2875499 (FeWo-direkt) and object no. 2804844 (FeWo-direkt) and a small apartment Object no. 2879715 (apartment-direct), on a large plot, right on the wide sandy beach of Agios Gordios and is ideal for those who want a casual beach holiday in the immediate vicinity of the sea.
The cottages are located on the northern edge of the bay, in a quiet location, DIRECTLY on the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Gordios, on a 8.000 sqm plot with Mediterranean plants. Inside the property there is plenty of open space for the guests, sunbathing area, garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue area. This absolutely quiet location guarantees relaxation and pure relaxation!
The equipment of the cottages is kept simple.
There are only a few private vacation rentals in this area, not hotels. Supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, and various leisure activities are within walking distance. A rental vehicle is therefore not essential.
Apartment cleaning, towel and linen change twice a week.
