This cozy terraced house is located about 350 meters from the beach in a quiet cul de sac location. From the parking space leads a Zuwegung to the house. From the hallway with cloakroom turn left into the separate, bright kitchen. This is fully equipped and invites you to cook. In the spacious utility room there is a washing machine. The bright, friendly living area has a dining area, TV, DVD player and games collection.  On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed plus child cot and one with a loft bed. A daylight shower completes the friendly holiday home. On the sheltered terrace you can enjoy the mild charm climate.
