The house north beach is an apartment house with about 30 apartments. It is located only a few minutes walk from the beach on the Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic resort of Göhren. In the house Nordstrand there is a shared bicycle cellar in the staircase A. A parking space to the apartment is located on the opposite property. 2 bicycles are available in the shared bicycle storage room for free use. (The possibility of using the bicycles is a rent-independent performance of the landlord and is at the risk of the tenant. The renter is responsible for the traffic safety of the bicycles. Defects do not entitle to the reduction of the rental price.

Holiday apartment 25:
The fully refurbished to May 2019 apartment is about 50 square meters and equipped for 4 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a terrace. The apartment is bright, modern and nicely furnished. The apartment consists of a bedroom with box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe - space for a cot would be available (can be rented additionally for 7.00 € / week), a living room with sitting area (long sleeper sofa in box spring 1,60x2, 20m), TV and exit to the furnished terrace, small fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower / WC. Bed linen and towels are included in a booking period of 10 nights or more, under which laundry can be rented. A parking space is located on the Nachtbargrundstück.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 17:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.
