Private vacation home

The villa has its own driveway with garage, air conditioning, barbecue, pool and outdoor furniture. The pool is usable all year round.
The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, as well as several shops (supermarket, electronics) and restaurants.
It is a quiet neighborhood without parties and little traffic.
The house is also publicly accessible by a bus, which runs every half an hour.
