Living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine), two double rooms each with an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Private terrace. Internet wi-fi included.

This beautiful holiday complex is located 800 meters from Sassetta; a small medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast, about 12 km from the sea (Donoratico and Marina di Castagneto). The house consists of 2 comfortable and very well furnished apartments surrounded by a green park. There is a barbecue area and a parking lot available for guests.
In Marina di Castagneto our guests have at their disposal a Maremma pine forest and beach with dressing room, toilet, water, deckchairs and parasols. This private park with typical Mediterranean vegetation for guests' disposal is an approximately 10,000 m2 coastal strip, which is a partially fenced botanical garden, in which plants, flowers and dune vegetation are accessible through a didactic educational path. Our goal is to protect and conserve these endangered plants.

It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing and restful vacation, far from the chaotic city noise. Sassetta has restaurants and shops. Nearby you can visit beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri or Massa Marittima, or the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia and the beaches of Baratti.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 200 €, heating 2 € / liter. Pets allowed on request (please specify type and size)
Tourist tax to be paid on location.
MANDATORY DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION: in case of accumulation of waste at Check-out, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
