The duplex consisting of 4 residential units is located on the edge of a holiday home area in a side street of the Breege district. From the living room you have a view of open fields. The distance to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.3 km, the Bodden water is approx. 500 m away.

The upper floor apartment is equipped with a staircase access, the bedrooms are in the DG area.

The place between the Baltic Sea Tromper Wiek and the Breeger Bodden has lost its importance as a fishing village, but is becoming increasingly popular with holidaymakers on the island of Rügen. The wonderful kilometer-long sandy beach invites you to swim and hike. For cyclists, the nearby Cape Arkona with its impressive cliffs and the quaint fishing village of Vitt are easy to reach. The town's harbor on the bay offers sailing courses, charter yachts and boat trips to various destinations, e.g. B. to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek. Various restaurants invite you to a cozy stop. Grocery store, department store and petrol station are almost in sight of the apartment.

Parking and bicycles are on site.
