2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room, kitchen and a magnificent large sun terrace that with a gate leading to the swimmingpool terrace.
It is ideal for a couple or family and can sleeps a maximum of 4 people including children.
This apartment, part of a small private gated complex with pool, is located in Cala Bona, but is also easily reached from Cala Millor. The beach and promenade is at the foot of the street just a few minutes away and the beautiful Cala Bona Harbour is a 10 minutes stroll. You can walk to Cala Millor in 10-15 therefore the location of this apartment is perfect!
Gardenia apartment on the ground floor has a large dining terrace with direct access to the large pool, The large terrace has sun and shade and is big enough for your sunbeds if you wish.
The landscaped garden and private pool with children's pool are the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. A security access around the complex ensures that the pool area is only accessible to residents.

The living / dining room is open plan and has air conditioning and comfortable seating. The smart TV has European including English channels. The decor is modern with co-ordinated furniture. You have a dining table with 4 chairs. Double sliding doors give access to the large sun terrace, which overlooks the pool.

There is free parking near the building. A car is not essential as everything is within walking distance.
You can visit other places by public transport.
Currently, the tourist tax for the Balearic Islands in the high season (1. May to 31. October) € 2,20 per person and night. After the eighth night, it will be reduced to € 1.10. For the off-season, this number is reduced by 75%.
