In the first row to the sea is the apartment house "Black Bear" with eight apartments, some with balconies and sea views. The comfortably furnished apartments impress with spacious living areas from 41sqm to 70sqm and offer good facilities for up to 4 people. The holiday begins immediately upon arrival because the beds are freshly made and towel packages are ready. Car parking spaces are available free of charge. Guests with a dog are welcome in some of the holiday apartments.  Only about 30 m from the beautiful sandy beach, the quiet, yet centrally located house offers a relaxing stay.  A dog beach with a beach chair rental is about 800m away.

You can expect a comfortable apartment with a balcony and good facilities on a spacious living area of 63sqm. Up to max. 3 people can spend a relaxing stay in a direct location to the sea. The living room offers a pull-out sofa and a dining area with balcony access. FLAT-TV and radio provide evening entertainment. In the separate kitchen with stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., holiday meals can be prepared conveniently. The spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobe also has additional seating, which, for. B. can be used as a retreat or reading area. The shower room, with a daylight window, is tiled brightly. On arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided. A guest car parking space is reserved at the house.

Arrival is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departure is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
