The holiday home "Schwazer Bär" is located in the direct Baltic Sea region with a total of eight holiday apartments, some with balconies and sea views. The individually furnished apartments offer living spaces from 41sqm to 70sqm and offer up to 4 guests good facilities. On arrival, the beds are already made as a free inclusive service and towels are provided. Guests who would like to travel with their dogs are also welcome at the house on the nature promenade. Only about 30 m from the beautiful sandy beach, the quiet, yet centrally located house offers a comfortable vacation. The dog beach is about 800m.

The pet-friendly 2-room apartment with balcony and sea view is only 30m from the beach and dog beach at 800m. The friendly facility offers spacious living for up to 3 people on a living space of 60sqm. A separate kitchen has a dining area and is well equipped for preparing small holiday meals with a 4 ring stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster etc. From the comfortable living room with dining table, small bay window and pull-out sofa, you have balcony access and sea views. Flat TV, radio and a small secretary are also available. Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, reading armchair. On arrival, the beds are made and towels are also provided. Bread service on request. A parking space for guests is located directly at the house.

Arrival is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departure is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
