Private vacation home

You live in a 150 year old Bavarian farmhouse at the foot of the Schlossberg. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center of Oberaudorf and the valley station of the Hocheck ski area. In summer, the perfect starting point for hikes, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail right outside the front door. The Luegsteinsee is about 300 meters from the house and invites you to swim and linger. All in all, the Adventure House is the perfect starting point for your holiday in Bavaria.

⛰️We want to be transparent that the house is located next to the railway tracks. In the bedrooms, special soundproof windows were installed in 2017, which ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Nevertheless, we have earplugs ready for guests with light sleep :) Judging by the feedback of our guests, the train noises are not annoying.

⛰️We (Anna, Tyler and Loni) live in the old threshing floor of the farmhouse. Do not worry, we still offer our guests 100% privacy and a private entrance to the farmhouse. If you want to come over to us on "a Hoibe" or if you have questions about the house and its surroundings, you are always welcome to us :)

⛰️Please no parties!! We are not a party houses. No party, JGA, Bachelor/ette as our property does not allow for this. We are perfect for family style dinners and cozy beers!
