The house is opposite the Blasiikirche,

right on the historic market square.

The apartment is located on the 1st Floor in the front building and has a separate staircase. It is structured over several levels. The special thing is that as much as possible of the old substance has been preserved and everything has been renovated in line with the preservation order. The apartment captivates with a symbiosis of the latest technology, spacious living comfort, antiques and high-quality gemstone baths.

In the 1st There are 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with glass shower on the level. The 2. Level houses the large living area, the dining table (10 people) and the modern fitted kitchen. From the 2nd Level also leads to the sun terrace. There is also a large wellness bath with a bathtub.
