This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small parking space where you can park your car.

The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and historic streets of this Mallorcan town.



In an open area without doors, there is a cozy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the local products offered at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The house has two full bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bathtub and another on the first floor with a practical floor-level shower, located next to the rooms.
