Welcome to the Baltic Sea in the beautiful Kühlungsborn!
In our 2019 completed apartment "Achter Wieck" relax and unwind in a modern, spacious and at the same time comfortably furnished apartment on 2 floors.
You are in 8 minutes walk to the Kühlungsborn marina and the beach. To the well-known shopping and shopping mile with many restaurants of the beach road you go about 5 minutes. Shopping Netto and Aldi are also within walking distance, also the nearest bakery. The well-known Mollibahn is located with the train station east about 500 meters.
The apartment welcomes you with lots of light, wood and a very large wooden terrace.
We have also put a lot of emphasis on "breathing" walls, wood based on ecological aspects and oils and paints on an organic basis. When the wind is right, you can hear the sound of the sea through the open bedroom windows. The bedrooms are located on the rear side of the house facing away from the street.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with double bed on the ground floor and adjoining bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house with a large, modern and open living-kitchen area of approx. 60 sqm with adjoining terrace area of approx. 26 sqm (located to the Cubanzestraße). A 60-inch screen and free Wi-Fi is available.
Here is also another bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna (2-3 people). You can relax in the fresh air after the sauna on the adjoining terrace.
Due to the spatial separation of the two bedrooms on 2 levels z. B. 2 couples or parents with older children relax. For both bedrooms there is an adjoining bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with tiles and underfloor heating. In addition, plissees (dormitories with darkening) are appropriate in all windows.
On the back, not visible property is a bicycle stand available, for the protection of the wheels, the guest is responsible.
You park at the house (to the apartment you go over a small staircase about 25 meters to the front door). Due to its location over 2 levels without another floor, the apartment has the character of a semi-detached house. In this part of the building there are only the neighboring 2. Apartment with private entrance.
