The well maintained villa has five spacious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with different sized outdoor areas, all of which provide an ideal condition for a thoroughly beautiful holiday. You just can not do anything here and just look at the lake, go swimming directly from the property, walk for miles along the lake, go hiking, boating or exploring the area by bike. Or as I said, just do nothing and let it all hang out. Each of the partially modern and partly antique furnished apartments has a dishwasher, free Wi-Fi internet access and a safe. For shared use, a separate laundry room with laundromat and tumble dryer is available. Depending on the category, there are different sized private outdoor areas, and each apartment has an additional small area in the garden for themselves. So there are plenty of opportunities for playing, reading and lounging. Even the barbeque masters get their money, because each apartment has a barbecue. Large supermarkets and small grocery stores as well as restaurants, bars and the passenger boat stop can be reached within 15 minutes on foot, so you can leave the car there. If you would like to bring your own boat, a buoy is available on request directly at the property. It is now only up to you if you decide for this great object as a holiday destination! You park your car on the car parking spaces belonging to the house within the enclosed property. For each additional vehicle is another parking available for a fee.
