The spacious living room with kitchen is on the ground floor, from where you can access the partially covered terrace with summer kitchen.

In the annex is the pool, which offers refreshment during the hot summer months. With several terraces and balconies, the property offers many opportunities for al fresco dining. External stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor, while the first floor and the attic with a lowest ceiling height of 160cm are connected by internal stairs. Next to the town of Krk, Omialj is the oldest settlement on the island, with a tradition as a popular holiday destination of more than a hundred years. There are pebble, rocky and sandy beaches and the long, varied coastline in Omialj offers every visitor good summer entertainment. Hidden bays attract guests looking for a relaxing holiday.
