Newly renovated in 2019 tastefully renovated apartment with an area of 86 sqm, ideal for 7-8 people in a Provencal villa with 2 independent apartments with large private pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden of 1300 sqm.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a queen size bed, 1 room with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed in another room with direct access to the garden. All rooms have sea view or garden view. From the living room and dining area leads to the south-facing balcony with sea views.
The bathroom has a shower and 1 toilet, 1 separate guest toilet is available. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Fast WiFi and TV are available. The house has reversible air conditioning.
Several private parking spaces are located on the fenced property.

Just 2.5 km from the center of the village of La Croix Valmer, the beaches and all amenities, enjoy a relaxing stay immersed in the nature of the magnificent Côte d'Azur.
If you like a bit more excitement, you will find in the port town of Cavalaire sur Mer, 5 km away, a variety of shops, restaurants and a lively nightlife.

In the heart of the private domain of Les Hauts de Peynie, below La Croix-Valmer, my accommodation is located in a quiet street in a natural environment.
You will find all the possibilities of tranquility and are just minutes away from all amenities.
The nearest public transport is in the center of the village, 2.5 km from the villa. Several summer shuttles are available to take you to the beaches, train stations, airports free of charge with the VARLIB service.
We particularly recommend a visit to the weekly market every Sunday in the market square of La Croix Valmer. Here you can stock up on French specialties at a reasonable price.
In the bay are many beautiful walks to do.
The cliff walks on the Sentier Littoral from the eastern end of the Plage de Gigaro to Cap Lardier are unforgettable.
The famous village of St. Tropez is only 15 minutes from the villa.
The natural beach Pardigon is just 2.5 km away, next to Plage du Débarquement, Gigaro, Sylvabelle .. there are so many beautiful beaches in the region.
