The detached holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historical, and romantic accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace. Special facilities in the communal area (sunshades and loungers, table tennis, bowls, fitness equipment, depending on the season as well as the organisation and various activities of the holiday village.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of September, infinity pool 25 m x 50 m, 1.4 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (6 m x 8 m, 1 m deep). Indoor pool (usable from mid-April to the end of September, 50 m x 25 m, 1.5 m deep). Access to the swimming pool and beach with umbrellas and loungers is included in the displayed price from June to September. From 13th April to 31st May (optional) by purchasing a club card on site.

We are located in the southern part of Sicily and are the ideal place to stay and visit the beauties of our dear land. The sea with golden sandy beaches, the baroque of Scicli, Noto and Ragusa Ibla, the Greek Syracuse and Agrigento, the Villa Romana del Casale at Piazza Armerina, the local cuisine and fresh fish from Scoglitti (a seaside village), where everyone in the afternoon from Monday to Friday the fishermen dock their boats in the marina and sell the catch of the day in whole boxes at affordable prices. The resort is 4.8 km from the beach with golden and fine sand beach, equipped with bar, canoes and pedal boats, reachable in 7/8 minutes with the shuttle service from 9:00 to 19:00.
