The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1968, was renovated in 2010, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in a residence, in the town centre. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, and garden furniture. The washing machine and dryer are located in a communal room in the accommodation building.

There are apartments on the ground floor; if there are disabled guests, please ask whether a ground-floor apartment is available!. Living room (20 sqm) with 1 additional bed on a double pull-out sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds (can be put together to form a double bed).
