The penthouse apartment No. 20 in the Villa Allegra was rebuilt in mid-2014 to a modern, luxurious and elegant two-room apartment. The approx. 63 square meter apartment in the 4th Floor is accessible by lift without barrier. An open entrance area and a light-flooded spacious living room with wood-burning stove are converted into a high-quality open kitchen with state-of-the-art technology (ceramic hob, oven, microwave according to the latest standard, fridge with freezer and noiseless dishwasher). This is followed by a bistro seating area, which offers a magnificent view through the floor-to-ceiling French windows. The south-west balcony has as exit two separate balcony doors in both ground-deep dormers. On the approximately 6 square meters invites a beach chair for sheltered sun and table and chairs for outdoor dining. So you can enjoy the view of the quiet Schmachter lake. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be comfortably used as additional sleeping accommodation (1.60 x 2m). In the separate, individually designed bedroom is a generous box spring bed (2x2m) for the highest standards of a relaxed night's sleep. The bespoke sideboard cabinets provide ample storage space. The bathroom is spacious and designed with high quality natural stones. The walk-in shower, the vanity with two sinks and the fittings follow modern design and quality. A hair dryer is installed. Washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. There is a free Internet Wi-Fi connection, the Bose sound system in the living room plays radio and music and CD, DVD, Blu-ray, even from the iPhone, smartphone or iPod. The Sony TV is internet capable and delivers a brilliant, big picture. A sauna area in the house is available free of charge. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable bicycle storage space. The linen package can be booked for a fee.  

The new Villa Allegra in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers you very modern and elegantly furnished two- and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 39 and 110 m².  All apartments have a spacious and bright living room with integrated open kitchen. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be used partly as a sleeping accommodation. The separate, beautifully designed bedrooms / bedrooms have a z. T. Boxspring beds with bedside tables, the windows are equipped with blackout pleats and / or blackout curtains. The bathrooms are high quality with marble, modern and very elegant. Each apartment is accessible by lift. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable Fahrradunterstellplatz (limited capacity).
Washer and dryer in the house. free wifi, no apartment on the ground floor, sauna in the house. For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of the trip on the weekend. To avoid long waiting times and traffic jams.   On Saturday we try to make the apartments ready for you by 3 pm, if we can not make it, we ask for your understanding.
